Hotel policies
  • Bookings: All room rates and services are subject to a 7% government tax and 10% service charge.
  • Check-in & Check-Out: To ensure a smooth check-in process, guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID of the primary guest and booking details, including the confirmation letter, or booking number, at the reception desk.
  • Children: A maximum of 2 children under 12 years old may stay in the same room with an accompanying adult using existing bedding at no additional charge. Any additional children under 12 will be charged at a 50% discounted rate.
