Bookings
- All room rates and services are subject to 7% government tax and a 10% service charge.
- Each reservation is subject to the hotel's change and cancellation policy, which may vary depending on travel dates.
- Guests are required to notify the hotel of any cancellations or amendments before the free cancellation period expires.
- In the event of a prepaid reservation cancellation, applicable change or cancellation fees will be charged as stated in the confirmation email or indicated in the hotel's policy.
- When making a reservation, guests are kindly requested to provide their flight number, arrival or departure time, number of guests, and the full name of each guest.
- Guests wishing to arrange airport transfers are requested to make a reservation at least 5 days prior to arrival. To confirm the service, please provide your flight number and arrival or departure time. In the event of a no-show or cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to arrival, the full transfer fee will apply. Transfer charges may vary depending on the mode of transportation and travel date.
Check-in & Check-Out
- Check in time is 15:00 and Check out time is 12:00
- To ensure a smooth check-in process, guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID of the primary guest and booking details, including the confirmation letter, or booking number, at the reception desk.
- A security deposit is required upon check-in at THB 1,000 per night. This deposit covers any incidental charges during the stay and will be refunded at check-out in accordance with hotel policies. If the deposit was paid in cash, the guest can expect an immediate refund upon check-out. For local credit card payments, please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed, while foreign credit card payments may take up to 30 working days.
- At check-out, guests must return the full set of keycards to avoid additional charges.
- For security and verification purposes, guests are required to present the same credit card used for guarantee or payment upon check-in. If the original credit card cannot be presented, payment must be settled using a valid credit card under the guest’s name or cash payment.
Children
- A maximum of 2 children under 12 years old can be accommodated in the same room as accompanying adults with additional charge, except the Superior Room.
- 0-3 years share an existing bed with complimentary daily breakfast / a baby cot is free of charge but subject to availability
- Children aged 4–11 years sharing existing bedding are subject to a compulsory breakfast charge of THB 450 net per child per day.
- Children aged 4–11 years requesting an extra bed will be charged THB 1,000 net per night, inclusive of breakfast.
- Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and will be charged THB 1,500 net per person per day, inclusive of breakfast.
- All baby cot and extra beds are subject to availability.
- Babysitting services are available at an additional charge and require at least 5 days’ advance notice.
General
- Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in guest rooms. For guests’ convenience, designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A minimum charge of THB 5,000 will apply for cleaning and restoration costs if smoking is detected in non-smoking areas.
- Bringing outside food and beverages into the swimming pool area is not allowed.
- Reservations of 10 rooms or more are considered group bookings. The deposit amount will be subject to the agreed contract negotiated between the booker and the designated sales representative. The remaining balance may be settled via bank transfer or credit card with authorized documentation and signatures.
- For the safety and privacy of our guests, the use of drones is strictly prohibited unless prior permission is granted by the hotel. Guests must contact the hotel in advance to request approval. Permission is granted at the sole discretion of the management.
