Visited here for coffee ☕ date at Cascade café. Such a wonderful spot of amazing ambience with calm atmospheric café hangover with varieties of desserts , snacks and delicious coffee ☕☕🍰 inside with spacious seatings for many people. Service was good 👍😊 and serves soon with delicious chicken grilled sandwich tasted delicious and croissant 🥐 was crispy flakey and the cappuccino was good 👍😊

I stayed at Amari Hotel Penang as part of a conference held at the nearby SPICE Convention Centre. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its direct connection to the convention centre through an indoor covered walkway. The walk takes around five minutes, making it extremely convenient for conference attendees, especially during bad weather. There is no need to worry about rain or heat, and the easy access allows guests to move between the hotel and convention facilities without having to arrange transport. Amari Hotel Penang is a relatively new property, and this is immediately noticeable when entering the hotel. The design is modern, clean, and contemporary, with a fresh atmosphere throughout the common areas and guest rooms. The rooms have a modern layout with comfortable furnishings, good lighting, and updated amenities. The overall feel is more business-oriented while still maintaining a comfortable environment for leisure travellers. The view from my room was another highlight. Depending on the room location, guests can enjoy views of the surrounding area, giving the room a more open and relaxing feel. The large windows also allow plenty of natural light into the room, which adds to the modern and spacious impression. The swimming pool is located on an upper floor and, while it is not a very large pool, it is designed with a longer layout that makes it suitable for swimming laps. This is a nice feature for guests who want to maintain their fitness routine while travelling. The pool area is connected to a bar and garden space, creating a pleasant area to relax after a long day. Having food and drinks nearby makes the pool area more enjoyable, whether for casual conversations or simply unwinding in the evening. Parking is another positive point. Complimentary parking is provided for hotel guests, which is especially useful for those driving to Penang. This removes the hassle of additional parking charges and makes the hotel more convenient for both business and leisure visitors. The breakfast spread was one of the strongest aspects of the stay. There was a good variety of choices, including local favourites and international options. The quality was good, and the dining area was comfortable enough to handle busy conference periods. For business travellers, the hotel also offers several seating areas on the ground floor that are suitable for informal meetings or discussions. These spaces provide a convenient alternative to holding meetings inside a room or conference hall. Overall, Amari Hotel Penang is an excellent choice for conference attendees, business travellers, and visitors looking for a modern hotel in the Bayan Lepas area. Its connection to SPICE Convention Centre, comfortable rooms, good facilities, complimentary parking, and excellent breakfast make it a very practical and enjoyable place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Amari SPICE Penang! The hotel’s location is excellent—very convenient and strategically located, with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and luxurious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. I also loved the shower, which had excellent water pressure and quality amenities. The food was delicious with a good selection, and every meal was enjoyable. What truly made the stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the staff. A special thank you to Jay, Khairul, and Faziana for your warm hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism. You made me feel genuinely welcomed and ensured everything throughout my stay was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Penang, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be back on my next trip!

A great hotel with a classy and impressive lobby that gives a luxurious first impression. There is also a coffee house conveniently located on the ground floor, though the food is quite pricey at around RM40 per dish, excluding drinks. The room itself is not particularly spacious, but it is very comfortable. The large pillows and cozy blankets made for a relaxing stay, and the hotel's introductory background music added a nice welcoming touch. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights was the excellent buffet selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering plenty of variety and good quality food. Housekeeping staff were also friendly, attentive, and did a great job keeping the room clean throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great service, excellent dining options, and a touch of luxury.

We love the spacious room, pretty well maintained and cleaned. The hotel has great amenities, serves quite varieties of buffet breakfast. Hotel car park is at the basement and it was free for hotel guest but need to register the car registration number when checking in. This hotel won few awards to be reckoned.
