First of all, all staffs there are really nice and service-mind! Especially, thank you to Koon Aot who takes care of us well at Amaya for BBQ buffet dinner which is quite disappointing a lot and super CHAOS. Not enough staffs on every imbiss, especially grilled oven only small one, poor staffs there. Here's quite lower than Amari's standard except all nice staffs. However, room are nice with renovating, but very poor and not fair about reservestion service cause even they did confirm about my requests, not at all they do! We've booked deluxe sea view with the worst sea view ever, also one room is another part in garden view. Really disappointed with this service! I'm fan of Amari but I don't think I would come back here again 😕 cause it's really not worth for money and my holidays. Best, Tata

This is my second time staying at this hotel during the Songkran Festival, and I really love it. The room style is comfortable, clean, smells nice, and very cozy. The location is also perfect. All the staff I met provided exceptional service, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Dinner, breakfast and Breez spa were also good. Just one small comment, the air conditioning in the breakfast room could be a bit stronger, as sometimes it feels a bit hot. Overall, very well done. I will definitely come back again.

A great hotel, lovely location. Exceptionally clean everywhere. Great staff, especially Kratai who made our breakfast experience fantastic. She was very helpful and provided excellent service! The pool was clean and just the perfect temperature. The bar staff was great in making our drinks. We can't wait to come back again.
