Our resident Executive Chinese Chef at Heichinrou, Bangkok, Chef Lun was born in Hong Kong
and began his culinary career when he was only 21. Having worked for numerous famous restaurants and 5 star hotels in Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, Singapore and USA, he joined Heichinrou in
1994 and has worked as head chef with us for 5 years.
With over 10 years of BBQ experience in Hong Kong, of which over 3 years was spent with Heichinrou Restaurant Hong Kong, Chef Lun has prepared delicious recipes to satisfy all Cantonese food lovers. His signature dishes include roasted “Beijing” duck and barbecued suckling pig.
Accumulating over 20 years of Dim Sum experience in Hong Kong, Chef Wah is also delighted to bring his talent to Bangkok and share his signature dishes including steamed pork dumplings with sea scallops and steamed prawn dumplings.
