ONYX Hospitality Group, Asia’s leading hotel management company, has been appointed to manage a landmark 135-room mixed-use development project in Pattaya under its cornerstone, mid to upscale Amari brand. Currently known as The Legend, the distinctive 35-storey property has been renamed Amari Residences Pattaya. Construction will begin in 2012 and when it opens in late 2014, the property will feature 140 privately owned residential condominiums and 135 Amari-managed serviced apartments, all offering distinctive views of the Pattaya Bay. Facilities will include an international restaurant, state-of-the-art gymnasium and outdoor swimming pool.
