On arrival, a Guest Relations Officer personally escorts Horizon Club guests to the Horizon Club lounge, for private check-in.

Horizon Club guests are entitled to a late check-out until 6pm, without any additional charge. (Subject to room availability.)
Welcome tea upon check-in
