We stay at this hotel every year and are always impressed. Our first visit was 3 years ago, and I was so impressed because my child was still a baby and crawling everywhere. I personally brought my own mop and wet wipes, but when I wiped the floor, it was already perfectly clean! We've been coming back ever since. We once had an issue where our room wasn't ready at check-in, and the hotel upgraded us to a beachfront room right away. This time, we brought our child again, and the service and hospitality were exceptionally good as always—from the front desk and concierge to the security guards and housekeeping. The kids' club was especially great. Honestly, the toys are similar to what you'd find at other kids' clubs, but my child absolutely loves it here because the staff constantly engage with the kids and always find fun activities for them to do. Very impressed. We will definitely be back again!

I stayed at Amari Pattaya for one night to celebrate my birthday, and it turned out to be a truly wonderful experience. This hotel is perfect for families. The swimming pool and Kids Club are just the right size—fun and engaging without being overwhelming for young children. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I booked an Executive Club room, which gave us access to the Club Lounge where we could enjoy snacks and drinks throughout the day. It was a great added benefit and made our stay even more relaxing. The hotel also surprised me with a lovely birthday gift—a beautifully presented fruit tart that was just the right size. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my birthday even more special. Overall, we had a fantastic and relaxing stay. I highly recommend Amari Pattaya for families looking for a memorable vacation.

We created wonderful memories with our beloved family during our stay. We were very satisfied with the overall experience in every aspect and would gladly visit again in the future. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast restaurant entrance process. As the guidance upon entry did not seem very smooth, guest traffic occasionally became mixed, resulting in a crowded and noisy atmosphere. We believe the overall experience would be even better if this part could be improved.

Our stay at Amari was out of this world. We were upgraded to a suite category room by the very courteous staff. Some of their front office staff including Ms. Jeab, If, Queen to support staff like Nam, everyone was smiles all the way and they were willing to go out of their way to make our stay so comfortable. No matter what time of the day, they greeted us well and kept asking us if our stay was fine. A special mention about Mr. Satish Kumar, who is an Indian Chef there. He was also there every morning at breakfast to make sure that we did not miss out on the Indian food. Indian food at the breakfast buffet was very delicious and Mr. Satish ensured that he would bring some fritters additionally on our table on request. Once you get out of the hotel, you just need to cross the road and the beach is right there. it is close to all the important restaurants and stores like Seven Eleven which made things even more easier for us. All taxis, tuk tuks were right there outside the hotel. It is closer to Terminal 21 Mall which has everything as well as other eateries like Mcdonalds to name a few. We look forward to staying at Amari and we recommend it strongly. Go for it.
