Our rates are charged per room although this may differ slightly for single, double or triple occupancy.

All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?
To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please contact our Reservation Department at least two days prior to your arrival. Please note that you must be booked on our Best Available Rate as Advance Purchase rates are non-refundable.

How many guests can stay in one room?
Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three people except apart from our Family Suite which can accommodate up to four people (two adults and two children).

How long does it take to get to the hotel from the airport and approximately how much does it cost?
It takes 2.30 hours to get from Suvarnabhumi International Airport to our resort. The cost of a limousine is approximately THB 5,000 each way.

If I take a hotel limousine from the airport, will I be met by Amari staff?
Yes, we have staff on duty at the airport to meet all our arriving guests. Our representative wears a red jacket and carries an Amari sign.
