How to Play (Stage 1)

  1. Follow Amari Hotel that you’re staying at on Facebook or Instagram

  2. Take a photo at your Amari hotel during your stay and upload it onto either Facebook or Instagram with the hashtags #DiscoverAmari and of the properties’ names (i.e. #AmariPattaya, #AmariHuaHin, #AmariKrabi and #AmariPhuket).
  3. Show your photo to our staff and receive a small prize!
    • Note: Each property reserves the right to offer different prizes. The prizes are also subject to change without prior notice.
  4. In order to be eligible for “Photo of the Week”, the entry must have its privacy setting as public.
    • Note: If your photo wins “Photo of the Week”, you automatically become a finalist for the chance to win a complimentary 1-night stay at that property.

How to Play (Stage 2)

  1. All of the “Photo of the Week” winners will have their photos shared on that particular property’s Facebook Fan page.
  2. The finalists’ photos will be posted on Facebook for the public voting in order to find the most-voted picture.
  3. The photo with the most Facebook’s likes on each property will be considered the winner of the contest.
  4. NOTE: If the winner does not respond to Amari hotels within two weeks of notice and contact, they automatically forfeit their prize, which in turn goes to the first runner-up.

Activity Period

  1. The activity will officially begin on August 24th and end on November 27th 2015.
  2. Public voting for Stage 2 will begin on December 1st and officially close on December 15th, 2015.

Terms and Conditions, Use of Work/Copyright

  1. Only one prize/person/property.
  2. Multiple pictures will only count as one entry.
  3. Photos taken outside of the properties will not be counted.
  4. Participants entering the contest by sharing images with the #DiscoverAmari hashtag in the image caption share the rights of publishing, copyright, use and exhibition of their work with Amari hotels.
    • Entries to the contest may be used within Amari hotel’s social media accounts without prior permission of the participant.
    • All images will credit the participant’s name and/or Instagram handle.
  5. Those who are caught plagiarizing photos will be immediately disqualified from the final voting process.
  6. Amari Hotels reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without any notice. However, any changes made to the terms and conditions will be publically announced on www.facebook.com/amarihotels
  7. The www.instagram.com and www.facebook.com websites are not directly related to this contest. Instagram and Facebook have no part in managing the contest process, providing financial support, or receiving financial remuneration from this contest.
    • The hotels will also not be responsible or liable for any changes made by the aforementioned websites to their website and mobile application structure, such as deleting content, shutting down, updates, format editing, or any other changes that could affect the course of this contest.
