What types of rooms are available in the hotel?
Amari Coral Beach has 197 well-appointed rooms, featuring bright colours and a contemporary Thai design. All rooms have a DVD player and a balcony with stunning sea views. There are 3 room types available at this resort. Superior rooms are tastefully decorated, fully equipped with thoughtful amenities and shower. Deluxe rooms offer more space with both bath and shower facilities. Suites provide an extremely spacious and airy interior with open balconies and an enclosed sun terrace.

Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
The rates charged are per room although the cost may differ slightly for single, double and triple occupancy.

Does my room reservation require any guarantee?
All room reservations require a credit card guarantee.

How many people can stay in one room?
Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three people. Please note that the third bed will be a rollaway bed.

Do you have a pet policy?
We regret that animals are not allowed to stay in the guest rooms.

Does the internet rate include breakfast?
Breakfast is sometimes included in the internet rate. For details of the rates applicable to a particular period, please visit www.amari.com.

What are the standard check in and check out times of the hotel?
The standard check-in time is 14:00 and check out is at 12:00 noon. However, if you are arriving earlier then we make every effort to ensure that a room is available for you.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?
It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be gurranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.
Can I have a late check-out?
It is possible to have a late check out. Please note that, for check out after 18:00, an additional room night will be charged at the regular room rate.
Do you have twin, triple and quadruple rooms?
We do have twin rooms. For triple rooms, an extra bed may be added. However, no quadruple rooms are available.
Are King size beds available in the rooms?
Yes, they are.
Do you have room with a bathtub?
Yes, we do only Deluxe Room with fixed shower.
Do you have non-smoking room?
Non-smoking rooms are also available upon request.
Are safety deposit boxes available at the hotel?
All guest rooms have a safe deposit box which is available free of charge.

Where is breakfast served and at what times?
A breakfast buffet is served in the Rim Talay Restaurant between 6:30 am and 10:30am.

How many bars and restaurants do you have and what are they?
The Rim Talay restaurant serves breakfast and has an all day dining menu. Weekly evening buffets are also on offer.
La Gritta Italian restaurants serves a-la carte Italian dishes throughout the day. The lower seaside terrace is open for dinner only.
Kinaree Thai Specialty restaurant serves a-la carte dishes from across the kingdom. A weekly Thai Gala dinner is also on offer.
Lobby Bar is a great place to relax and watch the world go by over Patong Bay. Jetty is a unique venue sitting on top of Patong Bay where snacks and drinks are served during the daytime.
