What types
of rooms are available in the hotel and what are the differences
between the room types?
The hotel has five
categories of rooms: superior, deluxe, deluxe corner/terrace and
suites.
Superior
rooms are located on the 6th to 16th floors of the Siam Wing and
Deluxe rooms are located on the 7th to 25th floors of the Krungthep
Wing. In addition to the facilities available in our Superior room
category, Deluxe rooms offer superior comfort and more space
bathrooms.
Deluxe
Corner rooms are located on the 8th to 24th floors of the Krungthep
Wing. Deluxe Terrace rooms are located on the 7th floor of the
Krungthep Wing.

Are your hotel rates per
room or per person?
The rates charged are per
room although the cost may differ slightly for single, double and
triple occupancy.

require a guarantee?
All room reservations
require a credit card guarantee.

How do I cancel my hotel
reservation without a charge?
To cancel your booking
without incurring any charge, please contact the Reservations
Department by emailing: reservations@boulevard.amari.com at least
one day prior to your arrival. You will then be given a cancellation
number.

How many guests can stay
in one room?
Each guest room can
accommodate a maximum of three guests. Please note that the third
bed will be a rollaway bed.

We regret that animals are

included in the internet rate. For details of the rates applicable

What are the standard
check-in and check-out times of the hotel?
The standard check-in time
is 14:00 and check out time is at 12:00 noon. However, if you are
arriving earlier than 4:00, we make every effort to ensure that a
room is available for you.

Is it possible for early
check-in?
It is sometimes possible
to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and
cannot be guaranteed. To be sure of having the room ready upon
arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.

How much do you charge for
a late check-out?
It is possible to have a
late check out and charges apply.

Do you offer a room rate
for short stay (day use)? How long are such stays?
Day use room rates are not
available.

Do you have twin, triple
and quadruple rooms?
We have twin rooms. We can
provide an extra rollaway bed for a third person. We also have
connecting rooms which can accommodate 4 guests. No quadruple rooms
are available.

floor of the Siam Wing.

It will take about 30 to
50 minutes from the airport to the hotel. A taxi will cost around
300 Baht and a limousine will cost 600-800 Baht.

limousine from the airport, will I be met by Amari Hotels and
Resorts staff?
Yes, we have staff on duty
at the airport to meet all our arriving guests and to escort you to
the limousine. The representative wears a red jacket and carries an
Amari sign.

Tourists are able to claim
back the VAT on larger purchases when they exit the country. Most
department stores can assist you in arranging a refund.

The tap water in Thailand
is not potable. Complimentary drinking water is provided in all
guest rooms.

What is the weather like
at different times of the year?
As a general guideline,
the weather in Thailand is warm all year round. However, the weather
is generally most pleasant from November to February when there are
clear skies and sunshine. The hot season is from April and May, when
temperatures reach their highest. The rainy season is between June
and September. It does not rain every day and usually the rain only
lasts for an hour or so in the evening.

Thai people are quite
modest. Conservative dress is recommended. Shorts and sleeveless
vests cannot be worn to visit a temple.

We have Bangkok Post, The
Nation, International Herald Tribune, The Asian Wall Street Journal
and the Japanese Yumiuri newspapers. Guests staying in Superior
rooms can request one of the above mentioned newspapers without any
charge. For guests staying in Deluxe and Suite rooms, we offer a
daily delivery of a newspaper automatically.

phone at the Guest Relations Desk.

We can provide basic
secretarial support services. For specialized needs it may be
