Booking a room on the net is a confusing issue. You can easily spend a long time looking for the best deal only to find that the room you selected is not available.

When you book directly with Amari Hotels and Resorts, we offer you the following advantages :

Best rate guarantee (see terms and conditions) - make a booking, safe in the knowledge that you are dealing directly with the hotel.

Last room availability - if we are nearly full and space is tight and there is only limited space left - this is where you will find that room.

If you find the same room type available cheaper elsewhere with the same booking conditions, we will not only honour that rate but give you a free upgrade for the inconvenience caused.

Terms and conditions

1. Rooms on the other web site must be publicly available (instant confirmation), viewable and bookable on the Internet for the same dates. (Rate compared should be inclusive of all taxes and service charges and in Thai Baht only)

2. Reservations must be through amari.com or directly with an Amari reservations office

3. The best rate guarantee does not apply to :

• Package rates ie. any hotel stay that is sold as part of a total holiday package.
• Bookings made via opaque providers ie. a hotel site where the name of the hotel is not provided until after the booking is made.
• Rates that are not publicly available ie. corporate or negotiated rates.
• Note that different websites round up prices differently. A price difference of less than 1 Thai Baht does not qualify for Best Rate Guarantee claim.

How to claim

If you can find a lower qualifying rate for an Amari hotel, within 24 hours of booking - then simply contact us using the "Quick-claim" form and we will investigate.
