Mr Peter Henley, President & CEO of Amari Hotels and Resorts, has announced the appointment of Mr Thomas Vanderlieb, as Executive Chef of the Amari Coral Beach Resort, Phuket.

Mr Vanderlieb, a German national, first joined Amari Hotels and Resorts in 2005 as an Executive Chef. He has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry covering over 25 years in various international destinations, including Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Thailand.

He is responsible for the delectable kitchens of such restaurants as the famous La Gritta Italian Restaurant, Rim Talay Restaurant, Kinaree Restaurant and The Jetty, at this popular Phuket resort, on the headland overlooking Patong Bay.
