Fabulous New Chef at La Gritta Italian Restaurant, Bangkok - Francesco Greco 5/12/2008 9:02:00 AM

Italian born, Francesco Greco was raised in Sardinia, with a passion for gourmet cuisine strongly engrained in his heritage. With creative flair and a nose for quality, he has been cooking professionally for over 20 years and holds several sommelier qualifications, making him a bonafide food and wine connoisseur!

His wealth of experience coupled with his natural charm, Chef Francesco is delighted to bring his culinary traditions and expertise to La Gritta Italian Restaurant on Sukhumvit Soi 19, Bangkok.

"To be a chef, simply knowing how to cook is not enough. Cuisine, in the conventional way, is, of course, about good food, but also about sensations. Style, ambience, a certain way of serving, it's a direct relationship and interaction with the customer… The experience as a whole is what brings guests back smiling time and again," notes Chef Francesco, as he aims to please on every level, with his authentic cooking flair expertly delivered on every plate.

To savour authentic Italian cuisine from an extensive menu, to peruse over choices from an excellent wine cellar and to feel the warm hospitality from Chef Francesco and his delightful team, take a fresh new look at what's cooking at La Gritta Italian Restaurant.
